Red Shield Protection Plans Refused to pay a repair bill Houston, Phoenix Texas, Florida, Kansas, Arizona, Colorado

I bought an extended warranty on a used car I bought in San Antonio. A few months later, I had a repair made at an Audi dealer. The dealer got a confirmation number from the Red Shield office in Denver, made the repair (because it was authorized). But Red Shield never paid. My attorney searched the web and found what he thought was the head office In Phoenix and filed a complaint. Now, months later, I received a letter from the AZ A.G. with a copy of a letter from Red Shield: "We have been advised by our legal counsel . . . that Arizona A. G. is out of jurisdiction in this matter. Go figure: (1) Claims office in Colorado (2) Administrative office in AZ (3) in Kansas (4) selling "deals" In Texas (and nationally ?) NOT PAYING ANYWHERE????
