Christine Herth and her Partner Brian Patrick Collins operate RED TAG LLC, in Mesa.
Prior that they operated another failed scam called Flooring 2 Day, LLC.
Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins are unscrupulous scam artists operating out of a small store in Mesa, Arizona. They ripoff the public and worse they exploit, cheat and refuse to pay their Laborers.
They hold themselves out as licensed and bonded Contractors. In fact, they do NOT have a license as it was suspended by the authorities.
Their license # 220301 was SUSPENDED for cause.

The "contracting" they are doing is illegal and unethical. BEWARE when dealing these two people. They are both charming, persuasive and beguiling, as are most con artists.
Recently, Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins "contracted" with a few Home owners to supply materials and labor for their homes. The materials were delivered, and the Labor to install the materials was completed. The Home owners paid Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins IN FULL for the Material and LABOR.
However, when it came time to pay for the Labor which was provided by a licensed and bonded Contractor, Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins refused to pay saying they had NOT been paid.
When the OWNERS of these homes were contacted, they confirmed that, indeed, they had paid Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins in full for the materials and labor.
Bottom line, Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins are liars and scammers. They were paid for the LABOR of the men, yet they stiffed and continue to stiff these hard working men out of their money.
These Laborers have Families to feed, bills to pay, but Christine Herth and Brian Patrick Collins have stolen their money.
All of the foregoing can be confirmed in Court records in Maricopa County, Arizona.
