Red Tent Wellness - Lisa Kelly Doula Collected money upfront for her "Doula" services and was a "no-show" She won't refund our money. Boca Raton Florida

My wife and I hired Lisa Kelly at the Red Tent for her Doula services. She charged us upfront $925. We met her at her Blissborn Hypnobirthing class where she created a fear about the medical providers in the hospital and how they would keep pushing pain medication and Pitocin. Since her "advertised" Doula services said would be there for us at our home and in the hospital as our coach and guide us through the labor and delivery process we hired her.

Lisa was only available via text message which was quite sporadic and she never came to the hospital even after I notified her that my wife's water broke. Once our lives calmed down after the birth of our daughter, we attempted to have a conversation with Lisa who ultimately did not refund any or part of our money. We are extremely disappointed and do not know what services we received for $925. The sad thing is that we spent more on her than we did with the Co-Pays for our insurance during our pregnancy.
