I signed with RedTimshare Excluisve Resale last April,2009. I looked in to everything I could find on them including the BBB. They sent me over a copy of their contract so I could read it over before signing and if I had any questions.
The contrat stated that you sign with them for 6 months for $1398.00, for them to sell/ rent my timeshare.If there is no interest in my timeshare they will refund my money in full. My time ended last Ocotber,2009.
I have been trying to get in touch with them since Oct. 31,2009. I have gotten through a few times, but I have never been able to talk to the people that I need to talk to. They tell me they don't work there any more or that they are always out to lunch/ never in.
I have also been yelled at, to not call any more and have been hung up on many, many times.
The other problem is they still have my timeshare on their web site without my permission, I have called and send emails , telling them to remove my property and give me my money back.
I have gone to the BBB in Florida and Virginia (this is where the parent company is) but they have not heard from them after 2 attemps.
