I was asked by (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))) to help him find a buyer for one of his properties and assist him with completing a transaction. In return I coached him through the transaction and (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))). After coaching him for several weeks and providing him with several buyers the deal finally closed. (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))). (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))).

(((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))) citing that he had other business partners. Apparently (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))). I would encoruage others to be carefull when dealing with this indivivual as (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))). (((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER)))(((REDACTED BASED ON FINDINGS VIA COURT ORDER))) but apparently they screen their agents very well. I will probably never do business with him again.
