When they see their employees making any extra money from bonus they will go and restucture the ways to make a bonus so that it is hard or impossible to make a decent bonus.  The base pay is so low that not even a single person can live on the income let alone a family man.  Then they will lie to you about why they changed the bonus structure to make it sound like it came from RBNA not 3D.  The insurance plan they have for their employees change about 3-4 times a years just soon enough that you never are fully vested.  Plus it costs over $700 for a family with only 50% coverage.  Then wait till you quit then you will have to go to the Labor Board and fight with them to get the money that is owed to you.  They feel if you quit before the bonus check is sent out 20 days after the money previous is over then they dont have to pay you for all the hard work you did the month before to meet all their stupid standard.  Oh YA one more thing do not buy sugarfree products because they cant get fresh stuff so then the employees are forced to go too light or leave out of code out on the market so that the employee is not charged for bringing it back.  So bottom line is if you want to work for an energy company I would recommend coing to Monster(Kalil), Full Throtle(CocaCola),Xsience(Hensley), or Amp and Rock Star(Pepsi) not Red Bull(3D Distribution).
