Redcast Hair salon Fried my hair, quoted me a price of,$160.00 and I was billed,$190.00. They vleached my brand new shirt, ruined it and refused to refund me. Jacksonville, North Carolina

I had called, Redcast salon to make an appointment and when I asked how much it would cost, I was quoted, $160.00.I was billed, $190.00 for my hair. My hair was cut uneven, the color and highlights looked nothing like it was supposed to at all. My brand new shirt the salon ruined with bleach, and refused to reimburse me for it, but tried to argue the price of my shirt. 

I didn't realize the full extent of the condition that my hair was fully in until I got home and my husband pointed a lot of it out to me.I insisted on a refund and the salon cussed me and refused to refund my money.

They did offer to fix it but told me I would have to pay for highlights, which I was charged for to begin with.Due to their attitude and how bad it was messed up, I didn't want them fixing it, but I wanted a refund to go elsewhere.
