I used to work In Recats USA about 6 months ago but was terminated unfairly, not only that I was almost two years with the company and I was paid unfairly always. In Redcats USA, coworkers and I used to be pressured to sell and sell and we would get in trouble if the customer didn't buy our offers or when the customer got mad it was still our fault. we had to offer them so many things for one simple piece of clothing.

I felt bad and pressured doing this day by day, I am a student and I needed the money, I understood the customers frustrations and I used to sell until I really got to know that company was greedy enough to never giving us raises. I was terminated because I felt I was stealing people's money and I was, I didn't like it at all. I wrote to management and they simply told me, "thats how things are".

Our working schedules are not even great, if we were part time, we only had one measly 15 min lunch..by the time it was over, our food was done heating up and we would eat it while we were working althou customer never found out. We knew that customers were a priority and some of us tried to make it easy but the company is too greedy.

I never have or will recommend this place to anyone to work at, the management is embarrasing and also they have many favoritism. In The site I work with, there is a representative that is always off and never works, only comes and goes, she swtiches to special positions and then comes back to sales where she does nothing. The company is a disgrace, I still don't know how I managed to get thru that nightmare. Please any customer that reads this, we didn't and don't want to torment you, but the company bases those rules on us, we are pressured to do so or it will costs us our job and our way of making our money for our own economy.

some of us have gotten better jobs, so we dont have to go back to this Place anymore.
