My Name is Martha and I was looking for a timeshare release company. Redemption and release is pretending to be other legitimate companies in the timeshare release industry, using other companies keywords in order to use Google to commit deception! They are scamming people to believe they are other companies. Making advertisement everywhere. I looked into it when I was looking for a company to release me from my timeshare and I was amazed how they use the system to mislead customers to their website. I found this about them in the BBB website. The BBB wrote an ALERT about the company and it’s owner:
“According to BBB information, this firm offers services to redeem consumer timeshares. The business owner, Larry S. Morse, explained that Redemption & Release, LLC acquires ownership on select timeshare/vacation home properties. The business does not offer resale services. On July 30, 2014 and February 24, 2015 BBB visited the location at 5206 Markel Rd, Ste 106, Richmond, VA 23230 and found that Redemption & Release, LLC was not at the address. BBB requested a copy of the business's lease agreement to verify their location and an explanation as to what Redemption & Release, LLC does with the properties they acquire While BBB did not receive the requested information, on April 2, 2015 the business informed us that Redemption & Release's address has been updated to 7400 Beaufont Springs Drive Suite 300 Richmond, VA 23235. BBB visited the location and searched the directory and were unable to find a listing for Redemption & Release…”
Beware of Redemption and Release, they are pretending to be what they are not !
