It has been very interesting watching Harry Robinson respond to all the Rip Off reports filed against him over the past year. I have known Harry Robinson for many years and every report that was filed is ACCURATE and TRUE. All the blame he tries to place on other people is simply a smoke screen. Nice try Harry. The responses this man wrote in a failed attempt to salvage his reputation were all written after many bottles of Corona, his favorite beer, when he finally realized he needed to do something about it. If you carefully read what he wrote, it is clear he had way too much to drink and was very angry that all the lies and deception of his actions finally caught up with him and will remain on the Internet for all to see, FOREVER. You will notice he never responded to the report dated November 6, 2008, thats because this person must have been way too close to him and would have probably exposed many more things Harry did not want brought into the light. A WARNING TO ANYONE THAT GETS NEAR HARRY ROBINSON, STAY AWAY FROM HIM, AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.

The writer of this report we will unmask as one Tom of Jupiter in the sunny state of Florida.

Before I continue, I have to say nicely choreographed Tom, together with the false reports from Joe and Andrea, you really did play along right on cue.

Tom joined what was to be our Licensed Operator program. Tom came to our office in Las Vegas, he received training, the knowledge and insight into the world of Digital Media, intellectual property, business models and pricing structures. Tom formerly owned and operated an insurance agency and had no experience with digital advertising.

Tom did in fact pay $30,000 as his security deposit with Redeye Media TV. Tom did in fact request the whole state of Florida as his region although it was felt by many in Redeye to be too large an area. Yes, we did take a small holding deposit for a requested specific area in Tampa Bay, FL, a contract that was never executed I may add and remains unsigned to this day. It was to be held that way indefinitely pending either Tom's performance or agreement to assign the territory.

At the time of Tom's contract signing, Redeye Media TV did have a credit line and agreement for the supply of TV monitors which did in fact have a realistic and credible value of $20,000,000. A contract I may add that was stolen from the office by Joe and Andrea. Other credit lines and pledges were also in effect as stated.

Yes, we did have some problems and delays with the development of our ad management custom software and while development was ongoing and new features were being added, it was very much functional and much more than a DVD loop. Yes we did have some delays with funding being released, BUT none of which morally, contractually or legally allowed Tom to screw over Redeye Media TV.

So Tom, on the face of it your report does begin to look like it has substance to it. That is until I point out that on top of all the knowledge, insight and intellectual property you were given, you were also issued with over $30,000 worth of TV Monitors (25 x 42 LG LCD flat screens) and hardware. Something that you conveniently forgot to mention in your report, something that would seriously cast some doubt on your one sided report, wouldn't you agree??.

Tom, to justify and completely satisfy a true account, I continue. Not content with stealing Redeye's ideas, concepts and equipment, you formed another company called Local Links TV in your wife's name and your new investor's name (believing that this would protect you from any legal action by Redeye Media TV) while you were still pretending to be a Licensed Operator. You changed all the contracts that you had previously signed under Redeye and installed the now stolen TV Monitor's at their premises. You then used the copyright and Redeye owned ads that we had produced for you and fired up your own network, totally in breach of the contract you have with Redeye.

Let us make no mistake, your web site should read Local Links TV Get caught in the Web..of Deceit. You have installed stolen hardware in innocent business locations and embroiled them in your greed and lust for power. Would you like your customers to receive an anonymous email blast informing them of your actions? Yet you choose to participate in such action against Redeye Media TV.

Last but not least, you joined forces with Joe and Andrea to annihilate Redeye Media TV as this will help your cause if Redeye Media TV is not around to sue you. TOM, You are the scam artist here!!!!!.

How would your wife or investor like to have all of their personal information and outright lies broadcast over the internet on Ripoffreport or any other Blog for that matter??
