REDFLEX Traffic Systems According to RedFlex I was speeding down Hwy 260 and mile marker 255.26EB. According to RedFlex traffic system I was traveling 56mph in a 45mph zone: a speed greater than reasonable and prudent. I am a safe driver and am suspicious of this $187 ticket they are imposing. The agency does not carry a private a private investigators license and according to Arizona Law must carry one I want it dropped Scottsdale Arizona

On 28 May 2008, According to REDFLEX Traffic Systems I was operating my motor vehicle at a speed greater than reasonable and prudent.
Complaint # xxxxxxxx

On June 1, 2008 I was issued this complaint, via mail, by a Richard Baranzini named complainant.

I am a safe driver and obey the traffic laws. The company REDFLEX traffic systems is a third party company that issued me my Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint. Under Arizona Law they are required to carry a Private Investigators License and they do not. I am suspicious of this complaint filed against me. I want the agency to drop the charges due to the fact that they dont carry a Private Investigators License. I am not going to shell out the money to someone who themselves doesn't obey the law. Unless you can explain it to me.

Do not respond to Waivers of Service! (REDFLEX IS A SCAM) **ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL, CORRUPT, UNCONSTITUTIONAL ***

AUTHOR: Joseph m. - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, December 10, 2009

As an Arizona citizen who has his fair share of experience with these fraudulent citations, I would like to share my advice. To begin - I am not an attorney nor do I practice law. I am an Arizona citizen who has done plenty of digging and research surrounding the law and its powers to squeeze money out of people with the coercion of Redflex Traffic Systems.

Second, welcome to the State of Arizona. Those cameras you have have been flashed by was under executive order of Janet Napolitano. Never voted on by people, just contacts on the backs of taxpayers.

You are abolutely correct that agents of Redflex and/or the company Redflex must have proper licensing as private investigators or peace officers if they wish to hold evidence against you per A.R.S. 32-2411 and is not exempt under A.R.S 32-2409.

The alleged violation you received is not a violation. It's a waiver of service (such as process service). It is hard enough for the state to maintain buoyancy of the case load of 14,000+ photo enforcement tickets monthy, let alone serve you in person out of state.

DO NOT RESPOND TO WAIVERS OF SERVICE.

You have not been served and it is your legal right. In Arizona Civil Procedure (which a civil traffic ticket via these cameras are), Rule 4(i) "Time Limit of Service", the plaintiff must properly serve you within 120 days. In failure, the court dismisses with prejudice and is not placed on your record.

It's a load of bull and are simply used to squeeze revenue from taxpayers since the State is facing a complete financial meltdown, and we're somehow living on our last $750M line of credit to the state just to keep the schools open. Bull, again.

Once I get a couple cases off my back, I would love to elicit the assistance of others to sue the State of Arizona and Redflex for RICO violations. I am sure there is a superior court judge who would rule that private enterprise with the state mixed with corruption and poor ethics could possibly outlaw it and set a precedent. I know, I sound like one of those whackjobs on RipoffReport, but it's legit.

Keep up on the anti-Photo Enforcement fight - go to CAMERAFRAUD.COM for more information.

All the best,
Joe
