Previous to this scam I had been involved with animal rescue organizations... Upon retirement at 75 years of age  I purchased this Redman Home to house remaining cats which were unadoptable rather than euthanizing them.  This was amendable to  the township and lot landlord.  I explained this to the dealer    If all went well this would be a plus for manufacturers.   Furry Feet Rescue is housed in a manufactured home as well.    I have excellent references for my work.

For me it was a disaster:  My Champion Redman home was purchased in 2013 brand new.  At this point there was never a disclosure on the fact that the building was constructed with particle board.....The woodwork warps with the slightest scratch and comes apart in small chunks.Molding warps from the floor up  ...  paint peels off woodwork like tape...The front siding above the door is separated and the insulation gets wet from rain.

There was NO Heat in the bathroom...Shower in bath was not connected  and flooded the inside walls.  All cabinet doors hasd to be replaced with new ones becase the hardware couldn't hold the doors and one simply  fell off and almost hit my foot.     The back door was not fitted properly and was hanging crooked and the rain came in....My complaints over and over again reulted in workman showing up for all these which just kept recurring .... 

The grading of the topspoil was done incorrectly  and the water... rain or snow seeps under the home.     I checked with the local township authorities about the earth sinking inder the oil tank in the back of the house which does not have the proper support  and was told by the inspector agreed that it was a problem but there was no code to cover this.  I called Environmental Protections Agency which explained the oil wouild have to leak on the ground before they could do anything about it.   I responded that they  were just like the government!!!     I called the state rep who hgave me phone numbers which could not assist me.    I  would like to sell this when my mission here is complete but I need help to make this a safe and healthy atmosphere worthy of a buyer.
