Visited Chesapeake Redwing store 11/22 to buy #2263 boots. They were out of stock. I asked if there was a sales soon. Mr.Taylor said to come back on Black Friday and he would order them and for me to bring an online coupon which I did.
today, Black Friday I drove back to the store in Chesapeake , Va from Suffolk,Va and Mr. Taylor told me taht they could not honor the coupon on special order. I reminded him that I spoke with him last Saturday about this.
He sated that they had a meeting on Tuesday and changed the policy. I have been a Redwing customer for over 10 + years, very disappointed in the way they do business.
I walked out of the store empty handed and very pissed that I made two 30 mile round trips and did not get boots.
Buyers beware!!!!!!
