 We have (had) a claim against this Insurance companies insured. The insured is Shri Chand Cargo Line Inc of Colton CA. The adjuster closed the claim after very little work on the situation. We have eye witnesses that saw this accident and how the insured tried to leave the scene and acted like he could not speak english. This accident caused a big scene at this location. Several witnesses saw what happened. After very little work on this claim the adjuster closed the case before he even contacted us. There was plenty of proof that this accident did happen. The letter that Redwood send us and the adjuster, Kevin Bogardus, said that they would review any new information I have made several calls to the adjuster, Kevin Bogardus, but he does not return them. As this has been the problem from the very beginning. (January ) We have also called Redwood Insurance but the girl that answers the phone will not let you talk to anyone. If they try this hard to get out of a claim that is less than $1000.00 , imagine how hard it will be to collect a big claim.
