I recently purchased a Pittsburgh Steelers Jersey. When it arrived the NFL logo on the front was sewn on very crooked and backwards! I immediately emailed them and took a picture and sent it along with my email. It took them a few days to respond but when they did they said they would only refund me $15.00. I emailed them back very upset about this. They finally said they would give me a full refund as soon as they received the original jersey.
I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could send it back and I got a run around how they "didn't know what that was"! I was forced to return it AND pay the almost $16.00 for shipping. I emailed them again asking them to refund me my full amount plus what I had to pay to return their faulty product. They responded that that was not in their return policy. I immediately went to their web site and read the return policy. It DOES NOT state that anywhere in it! I emailed them back again telling them that it is not in there. I have not heard back from them. Now I am out $16.00 AND I have no product!!

When you order counterfeit NFL gear from China, you shouldn't expect quality, nor should you expect them to stand behind their product.
You're dealing with people whose basic business model is to sell illegal bootleg merchandise. Expecting them to be honest and accomodating is a bit much.
