Reed Construction Data Slick Salesman Internet

I am the owner of a small plumbing company and thought that Reed Construction Data would be a good lead generation source. After speaking with their salesman, I indicated that I wanted to "try" the service for 30 days before committing to a long-term contract. He stated that we could do that and the $2,000 would not be charged until after the 30 days.

I didn't find the program was a match for my company so I called them and they said that I was liable for the entire 12 months. I never spoke with the original sales rep again. I did not use the program and now the company is using a collection law firm to bully and collect the $2,000.

Beware of these slick sales tactics!
