A sales person promises you the stars when they try to sell you the online service they provide. it's all a scam, I have unfortunately signed a one year contract with them, which I realized later that it cannot be cancelled.

The data they provide is outdated and is of no use to any one who is a contractor.

I have been trying all possible ways for the last 11 months to get some sort of benefit out of my contract with them, I have so far ZERO benefit out of the leads they are providing, since the data provided is always late on arrival (weeks old), or they provide you with projects/jobs that has already been awarded to a General or a building contractor.

On several occasions I have tried contacting the involved party whether its the Architect or the owner of the project. No replies and no answers and if your are lucky you get someone to talk to,  you always end up with the same answer  that the project has been awarded to someone else.

I have set an auto email notification for alerts of projects with bid dates, all the jobs are either by invited bidders only Which are of no use, or the bid date is too near to be able to gather information to bid.
