Reedman-Toll Auto Tried to rip me off two times by telling me my car needed repairs when it did not I found out by taking it somewhere else. ripoff Langhorne Pennsylvania

My family has been purchasing cars at Reedman's for over 35 years but since they were bought out by Toll Brothers I have had nothing but lies and problems from them. Two months after I bought my used car the steering wheel was shaky so I brought it back, we did by an extended warranty also. They told me I would need new front brake pads, which were not covered under the warranty. I told them I'll wait because I didn't have the money at the time.

Six months go by and I had it at a tire place because it needed new tires and I casually asked them if I could check the brake pads. They said sure but they look fine. They did look fine, nice and fat! Then I brought it back to Reedman in April because it needed a warranty covered front end repair and they told me I needed front springs, again not covered by the warranty.

Again, I told them no and took it to the tire place to get them rebalanced to fix the shaky steering wheel and they showed me the front spring and it was FINE. They lied to me 2 times to sqeeze some money out of me. I am so angry at them. I hope their lying business goes under!
