Reeds Jewelers ripoff false promises tricked and lied to us Wilmington North Carolina

I was giving my fiancee a engagement ring and kept it for two years before proposing. Did not realize that my ring had a bad (head) pronges that held my center stone in tact. Was lied to when I took the ring back to the purchasing city which was Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The manager tried to eyeball the gem (my diamond) and appraise it for me to buy another center stone, because they would only give me money and try to make me purchase something of greater value. I was furious and took my ring to another Reeds Jewelers in Cary, North Carolina. The associates and managers tried to help me out there, but it didn't amount to anything being accomplished.

One of the diamonds had fallen out and they replaced it back in the slot but failed to reset the head, so it was still bent. So not only did this ring slip through three inspections before being sold, it also passed by two others after being sold. That is why they are a rip off. They don't back up the products they sell.
