I bought 2 properties in Nevada from Jeff, no problems, he transferred ownership to me at the county recorder's office without any issues.  Furthermore, this one complaint you wrote against Jeff, is nothing in comparison to the +1000 positive feedbacks he has received on his land sales.  You claim Jeff scammed you, how?  You never mention exactly how.

When I bought land from Jeff, I used my credit card, if Jeff did anything fraudulent, which he didn't, all I would have to do is notify my credit card company and they would handle it for me and reverse the charges.  Secondly, if Jeff committed fraud/illegal activity, then that's a criminal matter that should be reported to the FBI. 

Lastly, you slander, libel and defamation of character Jeff and his business, by calling him a scammer without providing any supporting details to back-up your claim, you are LUCKY that Jeff has not contacted his attorney about the defamation of character you have committed against him and his business.

My experience with this company has been fantastic.  They are fair , helpful and friendly and bend over backwards to help.

I do not know Jeff Reese personally, have never met him, nor do I live in the same state that he resides.  Nor do I know the complaintant or know anything about the circumstances. I have, however; purchased land online from Jeff Reese on more than one occasion, which says something about my experience purchasing land from him. I found him to not only be friendly, but very helpful in completing the transactions. I received warranty deeds shortly after paying in full and he even offered a discount since I had purchased multiple properties. Prior to purchasing land online, I had some trepidation and scepticism regarding buying land site unseen. I have my deeds and I have walked on my land as proof that Jeff Reese is a trustworthy businessman. After coming across this post by coincidence, I felt compelled to respond, which says something as I normally don't sign up for these types of things.

I have received many abusive emails from Jeffery Reese,   I will be uploading 1 of the abusive emails that I received from Jeffery Reese.  I will be including the email header ,  The email header is proof of authecity of the email.

Jeffery Reese is lying about everything.    I paid Jeffery Reese $ 595.00 Dollars.    I did Not sign any contract.   The $ 595.00 dolalrs that I paid to Jeffery Reese was a good faith.  Me and Jeffery Reese talked about contract terms, however, me and Jeffery reese could Not agree on contract terms. Jeffery Reese signed the contract , However I did Not sign the contract.

Jeffery Reese lying about everything.             Ask Jeffery Reese what the police report number is   and what number is the Restraining order is  .       Because there is No restraining order.   Just another lie from Jeffery Reese.

To whom it may concern:

This guy, Brian De Angelo is a troubled person.

He did in fact buy a property from my back in 2014 via land contract.

What he failed to mention in his RIPOFF REPORT complaint is that he never made any payments and immediately defaulted on his contract.

He surfaced several months later and stated he had been in the mental hospital and was apologetic for his vanishing act. I offered to let him start over and agreed to waive the late fees if he would simply start making his payments. He refused to do so and started screaming at me about a refund. He actually threw his cell phone during our phone conversation...which ended the call. He then emailed me 5 mins later and stated "I am sorry for losing my temper" and told me he had just runined his new iphone 4.

This is a long story and I will not bore you with the details but bottomline is he went so ballistic that I had to call the police to make him leave me alone. After the police incident he vanished. Since Brian lives within 80 miles of me I did go ahead and file a restraining order. Something about him simply seemed off and his living fairly close to my home concerned me. After the police incident he sent me a letter via snail mail. I still have this letter. In his letter he apologized and assured me the matter was behind us.

So then Brian vanished for 2 years and then this past Fall (2016) he contacts me, out of the blue, as if we had just been talking the day before? He started demanding a refund.

I reminded him that two years had gone by and that the last time we had spoken he had apologized for his behavior and promised to leave me alone. I requested he not contact me again.

So his next move was to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (BBB)

i was then contacted Kim Schultz with the Wisconsin BBB. (I have her direct contact info for anyone that would like to contact her to confirm this entire fiasco.)

I went over the entire case/details with Kim and she then told me she would take a deeper look and get back with me.

7-10 days later Kim contacted me and stated his complaint had no basis and that I was right in not refunding his funds due to the situation. Kim assured me she would drop the matter and his complaint would have NO impact on my BBB rating. She did indeed drop this matter and you can check on their website of contact her directly and she can fill you in on all of the facts.

Brain will likely respond to this rebuttal.  I will not reply again nor reply to any further communications from Mr. De Angelo as it fuels his anger. (If you do some google searches on this guy it seems all he does is get into hassles with people online. He sent me over 200 emails.) You are also welcome to contact me as I will share any/all of our emails and police info as well.

Brian De Angelo lives in Saint Charles, Illinois. I have always remained cordial with him. He states I called him names and told him he was insane. This is not true! He told me himself that he had mental issues and that his meds were not working. (this is also what lef me to contact law enforcement.) He also claims I talked to him about God? I have no idea where he comes up with the things he says.

I am a 57 year old honest and reputable business man. I feel I treat people the way I would like to be treated. There will always be certain people that blame everyone but themselves for their actions. Mr. De Angelo is one of these people.

Again...if he replies to this rebuttal I will NOT respond again as it is pointless and I feel the facts stand on their own.
