this place is beautiful but...the members on the boARD ARE truly so so very unproffesional. the first thing i want to say is buyer beware there litterally is a no loaw by law they hand you a think handbook that does not contain all rules and then say you violate something but how do you know if you violate something if you dont get all the bylaws in one book they make up fines and make threats to any non-white member very uncomfortable i bought there 5 years ago and never use it anymore because the board members drink alchohol and party n then they complain about everything the people are very hostile as well as racist this is not fair if you do buy there please mandate all by laws i dont visit and own 7 lots and my entire family is discouraged with the associations mannerisms very very mean people with no class whatsoever ....

Rules are there for a reason. I am glad to see they are cleaning the place up. The ones complaining are the ones not respectful and right away cry racism.
Getting rid of the rif raff will make it so respectful families can have a good time without being subjected to people who simply can't follow any rules. Right away racism is blamed when racism has nothing to do with it. It's all about respecting the rules and your neighbors.
This country is dealing with people who blame everything on racism when the truth is many people just don't want to follow guidelines and rules and really just want special treatment and be able to do whatever they want regardless of any one around them.
It all goes back to being courteous and kind. Most people lost that along the way.
The place is beautiful and the people running the place seem friendly, easy going, and respectful and accepting of all people.
It's a shame some people don't know how to have a good clean time without causing problems.
