Reflex Energy LLC Bullfeces company Sold me on a product that I did not even receive. Got a different product instead. Deltona Florida

I was sold on an "AquaPRO" whole house water treatment system. What was installed and given a handbook was a "Charger" water treatment system. I was also sold on a soap product which has still yet to arrive and this was in early May of 2015. I was told my water would taste better, (we still have to use a filter) my clothes would smell better and be softer, (they smell worse than when we didn't have a treatment system). 

I was also told that showers would be much cleaner with the system (I don't exactly smell good coming out) and also have a rust ring in my bathtub and the toilet bowl gets dirty stupidly quick. This system is crap. This company is crap. 

Customer service is non-existent. I asked why I had a different system installed than what we were sold on and was fed some B/S line about them being all the same. I am fed up with this POS water system and they can come get it off my property!
