This 'company' presents a professional-looking come-on for a home-based business that sounds feasible. Friends in the business world agree that the concept is a good one and is a service that would benefit them.

The software provided by Refund Recovery Software, aka Overnight Recovery Software, DOES NOT WORK. When many requests for help were sent (over a period of several weeks) to the only email address provided for 'customer service', I received an auto-response for each request indicating that I would receive a detailed answer in 24 hours. I have never received anything but the automated response.

Processing legitimate samples of the type of file needed by Refund Recovery Software produced NO results. Additionally, both Federal Express and UPS prohibit the use of 3rd party processors to obtain transportation fee refunds on behalf of their customers.

Refund Recovery Software, aka Overnight Recovery Software (along with some other names per some of the complaints listed on this website) is nothing but a scam. I would love to know the name of the company (if there really is one) residing at the address in New York listed for these amoral, unethical thieves.
