free ipod can not verify my address

i summitted survey forms paid for memberships for items did all requirements and was told i had won a free ipod, mini camera and a 50.00 red lobster gift card. and on june 27 a email would be sent with a link i must click on to verify my address for shipping and also this was my "only" way to redeam my free gifts a link would be emailed to me and i should click on this link to verify my address and when they emailed only my server was down and the emails i recieved from them were blank i have contacted numerous times with no results the other link i was mailed will not open it is not window supported i dont understand why when they have been have always respomded in plain text but now send 1 email in something i cant open and windows does not support and the other two were blank just a address no subject and they refuse to help they do not answer the issues the send a auto response so i feel i have been ripped off from i-deal direct it was there place to send a link i could use and not a email i cannot open
