refurbishedwiis - consolesforless.com charged my credit card , and never sent the nintendo wii Internet

On August 25th of 2008 , I made a order for a refurbished wii at www.refurbishedwiis.com . they charged my credit card , and said I could check back on line for updates on my order . It also said orders usually are shipped within 2 days . I kept checking back and I noticed updates showing that the order was received , then it showed about 3weeks later that it was being sent from Shanghai , then about 2 weeks later it was at customs , then 1 week later it was on a boat from China.

Then I checked back a few days later , there web site no longer exists . I have emailed them & called but they never call back or email me back I'm going to try and contact the FBI fraud division since I got ripped off.
