Regal Marketing Solutions Kristina Gonter, Scam, Cult, Soliciting, Pyramid, Violates Labor Laws. Rancho Cordova California

Regal Marketing Solutions is a brand new "Marketing" company in Rancho Cordova. The owner of this establishment is Kristina Gonter. I could honestly sit here and write a novel about this company but it's really not necessary. Bottom line is that this is a position where you are going business to business, selling make up, and it is 100% commission. They do not tell you any of this in your interviews, and that’s one of the things I really disliked about this company. They are professional at avoiding these questions, and even train the “leaders” in the office how to answer certain types of questions.

 This position will also require you to come in the office at 7:30 a.m., and not ONE minute late or Kristina will have a horrible attitude with you for the rest of the morning. But not for everyone, because she is known for picking favorites and letting them get away with a lot more. Regardless, you come in at 7:30, and you teach, train, and “practice pitch” and hear meetings until almost 9-10 a.m. Then some leaders will get interviews (there are interviews every day because of such high turn over) and then you will go into the “field.” Since 90% of business’ in Sacramento area know about Makeover Essentials, and will tell you “NO SOLICITING” before you get in the door, you have to drive 1,2, sometimes 3 hours away. They do not pay for gas, or the damage this is doing to you car. If you are training someone, the gas is ALL ON YOU! Thankfully I had a car, but if you have an SUV, you will really go broke! You are basically out soliciting, walking, and talking to every person (I mean literally everyone) you see and try to sell them makeup. You meet nice people, and you meet ones that threaten to call the police. Fun, right? Keep in mind, you came in the office at 7:30 and haven’t earned one penny until you sell something. You try to sell all day to at least cover the gas it took to get to your location, and you head back to the office and have to be there by 6 p.m. You do a lot of bullshit basically and once you’re a “top leader” you are lucky to get out by 8 or even 9 p.m. If you try to leave before then, Kristina will be the first to call you selfish. Oh, and the best part, if you didn’t reach your “goals” for that day, you are expected to “night merch.” Which is basically doing what you just did ALL DAY into the night. Some people would stay out until 11 or even midnight trying to make Kristina happy. So this is what a day consists of, Monday- SATURDAY! Yup! Saturday. Do they tell you this in any interviews? Of course not, because who in their right mind would willingly sign up for this?

 You have to give the Ultimate Company behind all this some credit, Smart Circle. They have brainwashing down. They are really able to get you sucked into this bull**** and make you think that everyone else in the world is “broke” and “lazy” and that you are so lucky because you have this “once in a lifetime opportunity.” Wrong. Smart Circle has a lot of respectable owners in the business, unfortunately, Kristina Gonter just isn’t one of them. Her office is filled with drama, cliques, and is extremely unprofessional.

 If I can save one person from applying here, canceling their interview, or even quitting, this is worth it. No one deserves to have to deal with Kristina, and all of her promises and lies.
