Our company provided a telemarketing list to Carlos Diez and Regal Partners on past occasion. He paid for the services provided and reported he was extremely happy with the quality of the list we provided. After the transaction we continued to correspond regarding additional list needs for his company.

Our last transaction is the reason I'm writing this report. We completed another order for Carlos Diez and Henrey Perez, which they paid for with a credit card. They reported they were very happy with the data and we continued to discuss additional projects.

Months after, we received a chargeback from this transaction due to Henry claiming his partner Carlos did not have authorization to place this order, even though Henry was copied on all correspondence.

Carlos claimed this was a misunderstanding and caused by a fight between the two partners, Carlos and Henry. Carlos stated he would be taking care of the Invoice in a timely matter. We have not been able to speak or correspond to Carlos. He no longer returns phone calls or emails.

It is apparent that Carlos could not pay for the services we provided him and has no intention of paying for the order. There are other RipOff Reports accusing Carlos Diez of similar tactics. I would highly recommend any potential vendor or customer stay clear of Carlos Diez, Henry Perez, and Regal Partners.

Carlos Diez of Regal Partners has been in contact with us to resolve this matter. Apparently it was the result

of actions taken by his former partner. Carlos has committed to making full restitution from his personal funds

and we are satisfied with his response. We look forward to putting this behind us and resuming our business relationship.
