Regalia Tibetan Terriers/Jeanette Chaix Breeder Riding on a Good Name Jackson California

I contacted Jeanette Chaix of Regalia Tibetan Terriers by phone about 3 years ago about a litter she had.  She was very nice, a little vague about the AKC paperwork and which pups were available, but when I asked her why a puppy miller in Ava, Missouri, had breeding dogs from her kennel she blew a gasket.  Said the people had fooled her into thinking they were going to show her dogs and only breed the top dogs (RED FLAG--Missouri is a top puppy milller state!) so she sold them several breeding age dogs (SECOND RED FLAG--they didn't want any young TTs).  She then went on a rant and I hung up on her.  All I can say is she's an older woman, apparently forgetting things, and her dogs aren't the quality they used to be due to overbreeding and/or selling to the wrong people.  She still might have a nice litter every once in a while, but I'll move on when I'm ready for a TT puppy.
