Regan Mercantile ,LLC. Fraudulent online gaming company that accepts payments for goods/services before immediately blocking access and trading the account to another potential cash shopper Internet

After spending thousands on buillding an account on Evony.com, Regan Mercantile ,LLC (parent company) decided to advise me that I no longer would have access to the account after I repeatedly advised them that my original email was no longer valid and asked why were they sending the password reset links to that email as well as my new email that they had authorised and accepted. I advised them that someone was gaining unauthorised access to my account via their incompetence and should they continue granting a random person/company access via password reset links that I would cease spending on my account for obvious reasons. Their response was to remove my access to my account altogether and yet I have noted that while I cannot play my account, some random person is still able to log in. I notified Evony.com of the situation and was told that they had given the account over to the person who hacked my original email and that the account would not be returned to me even after providing proof of original ownership from initial purchases at account creation. Evony.com administrators made it very clear that they retain ownership of the account regardless of what proof I could provide that I created the account. 

Do not do business with this company, they will fraudulently remove all items/services/accounts when you query any of the suspicious activity that is rampant on this gaming site without any notification.
