I was hired by regency Dki last October and was under contract to prime and paint a interior of a home that was damaged by a fire in the kitchen. I completed the work and still have not been paid 1 cent. Therefor they give me no other option ,I made the mistake of letting my lien rights lapse and had to put Dki in collections 3 month ago, they have agreed to pay the outstanding 3200.00 if I go back to the job and touch up around the cabinets that their cabinet company had damaged. I went back over 2 weeks ago and still no payment and now they refuse to answer calls from the collection company and my emails. I worked for them in good faith and now they leave me no choice to call them out on social media And other sites. I have the emails to prove that they agreed to pay once I touched up the home.
