Regency Eye Cream Ad was for a free sample only. No information about auto re-order in the ad. Received two additional jars of eye cream within two days of each other after the sample.Santa Ana California

 I did not ask for another order, nor were any expected. Called the company and was told that they do not give refunds. My Discover card had charges of $98. for each extra jar. These people must go by different names, because I;ve had the same charges for a similar product nd had to eat the extra $300. Not a happy camper! 

I replied to an Ad for Regency Eye Cream special offer for a free sample. Two weeks later I received the sample and found it to be no better than others I'd tried. Two weeks after the first delivery, I received another; and two days after that received a third. I found that my Discover card had been charged over $98 for each of the two extra jars. There had been no mention of an auto re-fill on the order. My card was to be used for postage and handling of the sample only.

I believe this company has used another name befor to sell the same product. I tried that product and also found that I had been charged over $300. for extra jars which had not been ordered.

It's a shame that the internet is not regulated to handle this type of scam. I hope something can and will be done to put these people out of business.
