recieved a letter that sounds similar to the ones that you have. I called and asked many questions (I'm a salesman myself). The rep seemed a little distrought from some of my very simple financial questions, in which i already knew the answers to. This caused me to question the entire program alltogether. They are known as HOPE as well but slightly different. The rep stated that they are a "hardship" adjuster. So if you have any hardship such as not making enough money or being "upsideown" (as i am) this will "qualify" you for this program. He got back to me after 15 minutes as he said he would with news that i had been qualifed. Would cut my monthly payments by approx. half.

Now my most basic question: "What do I have to do?" The answer was not straightforward at all. What I got out of him was that I would have to purchase  ($795) this software or "web based program" to go through the restructuring process. I asked the name of the software and he had to check with his "supervisor" and returned with "It has no name!" REALLY?? What program have you ever used in your life that has no name? B.S. This is when i knew that something was really false... or B.S.

I ask for any information on this program that i need to buy, which sounds like it doesn't do anything for 795.00 bucks...  All I could get out of Mr. Francicso Salvat was that "He" was apart of a government program and only he had the power to help me ..... He has No web site and a history of ripping the elderly off through out the whole mortgage industry.

Fakest looking site i've ever seen. I made better sites when i was in middle school learning HTML programming. There is NO information whatsoever on this site. Not about this software or anything regarding how I manage to save half my payment a month. NOTHING.

This is what triggers me to search deeper and i found similar forums like this on with other people who have lost their houses or payed people like this and got nothing but B.S. in return. Luckily I was smart enough to see through this like glass. I am very sorry for anyone who has been affected by a scam like this but hopefully it will allow you to see through these people before its too late.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

In response to your false statement.

AUTHOR: Regency Financial Group - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 16, 2010

To Whom it may concern:

My name is Francisco Salvat, I am the Owner of Regency Financial Group and Managing Member of the organization.

Sadly enough it has been brought to my attention that this notification has been submitted. In an attempt to destroy my company name as well as my own reputation personally.

When I arrived in South Florida on may of 2010, I began working for a company called H.O.P.E. A company that provides assistance to homeowners to help with the modification process by utilizing a software that would arrange the legal documents that are required in order to have a complete modification package ready to be submitted to there current lending institution.

On September 1st 2010. I Francisco Salvat resigned from this organization to peruse other alternatives and opportunities. Since then I have received nothing more than threats from the organization. and also reports such like these that have no truth behind them. To go out of your way to make false reports shows the intelligence behind your organization.

On October 5th We registered our articles of incorporation with the state of Florida. Which can be located at www.sunbiz.org, under Regency Financial Group, LLC. Now our company did't receive its first client into our organization until November 6th. Which can proven with documentation.

I ask that this false report be taken off. I also ask for them prove which client they are speaking of. Any company that allows reports to be submitted should always give the other company an opportunity to verify the information being submitted.

Seeing that this can't be verified. please remove this false negative report.

Francisco Salvat
