I bought a box of Regenetress from a local CVS in New Orleans,La. I read the box before i bought it and the papers inside the box. Nowhere did it warn me that I may LOSE hair from this product. I used it for 2 months and now hair in the Back of my head is falling out. My hair in the back of my head was perfectly fine before. I called their home office about this matter and they told me the product was not for everybody. I asked when my hair would come back and they said they were unsure. I asked if it WOULD grow back and again they said they could not say for sure. So why did they NOT warn me of this before hand!!! This may not happen to everyone but I think everyone has a right to know what may be expected. I dont think anyone looking to solve a thinning hair problem will be willing to risk losing more hair than nature has already taken already.
They at University Medical has offered NO sort of remedy yo this problem. Far as they are concerned they seem not to care one way or the other. I will be posting a video on YOUTUBE soon to show the damage this product has caused me and may cause you as well if you ever try to use it.
