Reggie B. Productions LLC I worked for this company and was lied to and not paid for my work. Internet, New Hampshire

I met reggie in November of 09 and did my first event with him and "his team" in February of 2010.  He said that since the company was still up and coming that payment would be done in the form of personal checks. He would eventually (spring of 2010) like to have a payroll in place. This never happened. I was paid an insulting amount of money for working the first event and never received a dime from him after that. He would yes us to death and promise us everything.

He had something like 10 shows planned for the year 2010. I put in a lot of hours planning and in meetings and at the shows themselves. I was hired with 3 other girls to be his assistants and to help him do the small things that he no longer wanted to do so he could go off and be busy getting bigger and better sponsors and more people out to the shows. Yet when the second show didn't go well it became our fault. He was very combative when we would give our opinion on things because hes "been doing this for 20 years now and knows what to do" He thinks that business can still be conducted with "chit chatting" and a handshake.

After no payment I told him I wouldn't be doing anymore work for him until I was paid for my time. He wasn't to happy about this and promised that I would get my check and that it was "in the mail". Surprise, surprise I never received it. After hearing that he was telling people that he fired me and that I didn't do any work so he did not want to pay me. I prompting made it clear that I was done with him and his company.

Do not hire this man or attend any events that he manages to do. He is a horrible business man and not a very nice human being when it comes down to it.
This was an unfortunate lesson to learn but its been learned.
