Regions Ayuto Parts Tampa FL MOTORS ARE CRAP! THE EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS!!! Tampa, Florida

On 4/12/2011 We bought a motor from Regions Auto Parts. For a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI.
Supercharged. We had spoke to "Josh" several times before agreeing to buy motor to make sure it was a 3800 series supercharged he said he was several times. When we recieved the paper work for the motor which was suppose to cost us $925.00. it was NOT a supercharged motor like we was told. So we called "Josh" and told him it was wrong motor he said for a additional $100.00 they will send the one with 17,000 miles that has supercharger. So we gave them the additional money/ Finially received motor on 4/24/11. It came on a pallet on a tire. smashed and caked on oil also had a rust ring around motor where it had been sitting in water. DID NOT have 17,000 miles on it had many many more then that. Very upset with this and proof video of it coming off delivery truck. We sent video and pictures of damage to "Billy Wallace" who was suppose to be the "manager". He stated how disappointed he was about this and how they did not send that type of parts out and how he would GUARANTEE us a good motor sent to us ASAP. Then he transferred us to a "Ray" which said they had a motor they was going to send us to replace the junk they sent us. It would be coming out of a 2001 Buick Park Avenue with the odometer reading 39,837 miles on it. LIE!!!! We after another week of fighting with them finially recieved what was suppose to be a 2001 Buick Park Avenue motor, But in real life it was the JUNK motor we sent back the week before pressure washed and spray painted. And they openly admitted they did that. They want us to send back the motor before they will give us a full refund! They will NOT let us speak to the owner. They really dont want to live up to any of the things they GUARANTEE! DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE TRULY A SCAM!!! THEY LIE!!!!
