Agent and consumers beware! It starts at the top with this agency.

Bruce Henry the owner has an extensive history of lying and deception when it comes to getting paid. Commissions regularly go unpaid for upwards of 60 + days and commission statements are about the same despite carriers paying the agency within about 15 days after month end.

The owner's word means nothing and the stories change continually, and things are never carried out as promised. Short payments, delayed payments, withholding bonuses are standard day to day practices.

The philosophy of the agency is "Churn and burn" agents, lock up their appointments with carriers, and then don't pay their commissions or renewals. If the agent doesn't write 25 policies before they quit Bruce gets to keep all future commissions and the agent gets nothing, not that you can get the money even if you write more than 25.

Beware all decisions and purse strings are controlled by Bruce Henry, who exhibits a severe lack of business integrity. The great attraction is the supposed lead program which is also a crock as leads are constantly reused and bad information but you get charged anyway...
