ok well i sure dont even know where to start. i just cant believe they wont admit their wrong doing and simply refund me. The first time I went I had a bad experience but just let that go because no one is perfect. giving people the benefit of the doubt seems to be my weakness.

so i had gotten my beautiful hightlights at hair plus the first time i got them and was really happy with the results so why not go where your happy. when it started to look like it was time to retouch i thought let me go in as the bottom of my hair was not showing much of the highlights and i like them all over my hair.

so i went in and the woman that did my highlights the first time was going on vacation and was not available to do them. so the appointment was made with another stylist and well it was a late appointment. we all chatted and i might have mentioned how i am unhappy here in this city i live in because well its just my opinion. guess that makes me have serious mental issues .. whatever

anyhow back to what happened the girl did my highlights and i could immediately tell they werent blonde like they were so i told the stylist since it was late she didnt dry my hair. she told me to call in the morning to get another appointment to fix my hair. so i blow dried it as soon as i got home only to find that pieces were white as well.

so i called in the morning and the manager would have to be the one to help fix my hair. she first did some foils on the front to fix the white then put brown on the rest of my hair. when she was done i had green hair. maybe it was ash to me it was green. all i could do was cry in disbelief they had ruined my hair in less then 24 hours. now my mothers day was ruined as well.

i went in to fix my beautiful blonde highlights and ended up paying $100 for green hair. i was told there was nothing else they could do for me. i was given a one eight hundred number and told to call there for my money back. so i did as soon as i got in my car.

the lady i spoke to said they denied my hair was green so i had to send her some pictures. i quickly took some and emailed them she wanted before and after which really makes no sense but i did what they asked because well i people make mistakes and i just wanted my money to go somewhere else and fix my hair.

i was told no manager was available and i had to wait to see what their opnion would be. that same weekend i went to another salon where they looked at my hair and could clearly see it was green. so i made an apointment there but was told they had done so much damage i had to have my hair dyed almost black to get it something more even. then wait a week to redo my highlights and have a deep conditioning done.

that next week i contacted the customer service rep i spoke with before that was suppose to call me back and never did. she said that the pictures didnt show my hair green. i was really in disbelief then as well. she said i would have to wait for the district manager to make a decision and they would be contacted back. that never happened

the same week i filled a report with the better business bureau. which has tured out to be pointless but i did make an attempt to resolve this. the manager turned around and wrote the better business bureau back stating i had serious mental issues. in my opinion that was very unprofessional and slander at the same time.

i think that was way off the presented problem she turned my green guess i was suppose to jump for joy and since i cried i have mental issues. well i can say im sure nothing will ever happen i have given up on getting my money back I just want to warn others of the unproffesionalism and tell them to watch out for these malicious people.

in the end it might just be i have the wrong color skin for this company and dont deserve my money back because of that. all the people there are white and i clearly am not.

so if you want beauitful hair dont go to hair plus....

You poor thing. I have worked for this company and they are horrible to their employees and their customers too. I feel terrible for you, and you are not mentally ill. They colored your hair with a color that had an ash green base, which is meant to counter red. But if you had no red to begin with, it would have turned green, which I think is what happened. You did everything right and this terrible company not only messed up your hair but insulted and degraded you too. Shame on them. Thank goodness for the internet. When I worked there in the early nineties, there were no sites like this one where people could complain. Now the world can know what kind of company this really is.
