POST LICENSE # OF HAIRDRESSER
AUTHOR: Seahorse - (U.S.A.)

Someone really needs to post the name, address and California Cosmetology license number. I am a major salon owner in the Malibu area, and in my shops, bad hairdressers are immediately fired, the funds returned to the customer, and up to a years worth of free treatments are given to the victim of a bad hairdresser. The goal is to keep the customer not harm one.
