I have been giong to REGIS Salons for about 8 years. Over the last 2 visits I had the worst experience ever. This time it put the icing on the cake, and me completely over the edge.

I went in on 6/14/08 for a hightlight and a haircut. I don't know how muich more clearer I could have been. The stylist butcherd the ntop of my hair it is so short it stands up. I never told her to cut that much off. In fact I always say not to much off the top. Just clean up my ends. The color don't even go there.

She knew right away I was unhappy. Didn't seem to care wanted to get me out of there for her next client. Still had the nerve to charge me full price. My hair looks horrible. I can't get it fixed and the money not returned. No one cares anymore all they care about is your monety and getting all they can from you.
