Regis Regal German Shepherds sold me a genetically defected puppy. They charged $3200.00 because they claimed they were the best breeders with the best dogs with a contract filled with guarantees for life.

My puppy had severe & degenerative hip dysplasia. Cindy & Clark Kelly told me that they would refund my money. They told me I had to return my puppy to them immediately per our contract. I returned my puppy. They put her to sleep and promised a full refund.

They did not give us a refund or a replacement puppy- per our contract. They lied over & over again telling me that it was in the mail. I have emails proving this. I have messages on a answering machine proving this. They said it in front of a McHenry County sheriffs officer. They now say that they never offered us a refund and won't give us a replacement puppy either.
They don't answer the phone, when they do- they yell and hang up on me.

I have written this story to the Chicago tribune "whats your problem", to the Northwest Herald,to "Brian Ross- Channel 5 investigations team, and to the" Attorney General". None of which has done anything to help me.

After she killed my puppy and wouldn't refund my money, I did research on her. She is a total fraud. Nothing she claims about herself, her dogs, or her business are true. She is only in this to make money. She doesn't care about her dogs at all.
