I want to start by saying , I am from Charles Penzone. This is one of the top rated Salons in USA , Columbus Ohio. That being said I went to Regis salon for a hair cut and it was OK. Its located in Crossroads Mall. My hair cut was ok then I went back to book a perm. I like my hair curly!
I went got the perm about 30 days later my hair went straight , and was damaged. The rods were loose and put crimps in my upper hair. I also ran into a girl at the tanning bed and she said they highlighted here hair and it turned orange. I went back and she gave me a bottle of jel, lol. The friend went back and they gave her allot of products. This friend sent me to another Salon and I had to have most of my hair cut off.
That being said a true fact I'm not to sure how you can find a quailty Salon in Minnesota , at the price I was charged this should not of happened . Im guessing they use bad product's and the people there are not well trained.
A perm from Charles Penzone last over 1 year and they have never damaged my hair. I wish now ,I would of just flew home to get my hair done. Im older and ok with this, but i am aware that it effects younger ladies more deeply so beware of anything more than a hair cut at This SALON , I Rate it a #3.
