On 11/22/06, I purchased a program called "Registry Defender" for $34.90, then for an additional $9.95, I was to receive "Back Up CD"! The program was tested against another program called "RegCure", a very powerful registry cleaning and structuring program which is well known. After I ran "Registry Defender" I checked it against 'Regcure", and "Regcure" found over 600 problems in the registry after I ran "Registry Defender". I contacted the company for a refund and they told me that they couldn't give me a refund because the program was downloaded not shipped! I say B.S., a failed,non working program is refundable whether it was downloaded off the net or not! Also they charged me $9.95 for a "Back Up CD" that they NEVER sent me!! These people are "RIPOFFS" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REGISTRY DEFENDER.COM!!!!! Thank you, Bob XXXX (LAST NAME REDACTED)
