I had typed out excerpts from the videos I watched, but then I was afraid I'd step on those pesky copyright laws. So I deleted them and have started this post over. Let me give you the gist- EVERY person who asks a pointed question in this seminar gets five minutes of the most bizarre ramblings. Only a politician, caught smoking weed, burning the flag and sleeping with his mistress could dodge questions more effectively. I have never seen anything like it.

So after you sit through an ENTIRE DVD of just an overview (Are you understanding me? One of Four DVD's has absolutely no information, but only empty promises of what his course will cover later... but never does) you have to endure his drivel for another three. The stories don't have endings (and quite frankly, don't apply to anything at all) and his points are... oh wow-did he have points? Don't expect explanations of negotiation tactics, how to find sellers or buyers, or how to find these properties (though one guy pointedly asks him- and got the runaround for an answer) in fact... you'd learn more by watching drunk Uncle Arnie ramble in your kitchen- and quite frankly Uncle Arnie's stories might make more sense.

One guy pointedly asks- how do you find sellers? Mike's reply? He basically says, well (this is a paraphrase) you gotta advertise. and find 'em. and get 'em. and persuade 'em. and THEN you'll be WEALTHY!

NO really- I had the whole comment written out because it was so ridiculous. I wish you guys could read it.

Also, you will get forms and contracts that only pertain to Florida real estate. That's right- screw you other 49 states- these forms are WORTHLESS to you!

I am grateful to God, for saving us from spending more with these folks. We almost went with their "mentoring" program, and luckily the salesman did not call us back to follow up. We would have lost $1,500 to these people- or like the other posts have stated- more!

Oh and "rehablist team" I would LOVE to hear your take on how I'm really the one to blame here. Please, I beg you to write a rebuttal. This will be rip-off-report #6 for rehablist. Employees have no qualifications and are not receiving fair treatment, customer service has no incentive to respond to complaints, and credit cards are being "accidentally" overcharged- then never reimbursed. (By the way- we were over-charged by $15- and are still waiting for customer service to call us back)

Or will you come after me for releasing your copywrited secrets?

Your website says," One secret alone, never published anywhere EVER, could be the difference between average success and massive profitability."

One word: "Stick-to-it-ive-ness." Is that copywrited, I wonder? Either way, it's a gem! I see huge profitability coming from that one. Can't lose that one to the masses! Which brings up an interesting point: if you aren't actually sharing information OR original ideas; well, doesn't that make copyright infringement a non-issue? Because I'm pretty sure my first grade teacher said the word "stick-to-it-ive-ness" first. Now of course, she used it to teach us that making up words makes you sound like a dumb@$$; but either way, I think she had it first. Mrs. Stoddard- watch out! The Rehablist people are coming for you!

I hope this post saves someone else from taking this course. If you are interested in a great wholesale guru- go check out Preston Ely. He gives away more information for free than we paid this guy for. Now, for some reason, Preston has befriended Mike Collins and tends to endorse him (so you know I'm not someone from Ely's camp writing this) - but if you can overlook their friendship and endorsement of each other; you'll find a smart guy who gives out bulleted, useful information at a very fair price. He's helped us immensely. I would buy a mythical creature from that man if he told me to.

We've been trying to start up this real estate business for almost a year and I am just so sick of being on constant vigilance for scams. It gets really old. I am willing to pay people good money for real information, but I sure don't like being scammed. Especially when my future is on the line.

One last thing- I truly enjoyed this quote from the website:
"I've spent over a million dollars advertising to work these techniques out and you'll be accessing them for less than five hundred." Wow- he didn't spend millions working on the techniques, perfecting them, attending schools, studying their effects... nope he decided to spend those millions advertising. Well Mike, it shows.
