Zack Childress is the worst scam artist I have come across, with many business names, addresses and phone number and complaints and bad reviews; however, none of his addresses check out.  I purchased a so called Real Esate co-wholesaling business called QuickCash System for $67 and coaching for $495.  I have been calling him and emailing him since the day I purchased his program on 05/25/27.  I panicked becasue after researhing his address listed on the emails 123 W. Bloomingdale Ave. #312 Brandon, Florida 33511, when I googled it, many other scam business' names came out.  I also googled the phone number and it comes out as an Alabama number.  And after googling his name, phone numbers and addresses many pages of scam reports come up.  He also comes out as having a business name Landmark Property Solutions in California, Zack Childress in Charelston, West Virginia.  I also got a report from Florida divisions of corporation as REI Success Univesity LLC dated 08/23/13 and on09/14/14 an event filed: Admin Dissolution for Annual Reprot reported as inactive.  

I got a call today from Nick today but he forwarded me to a phony corporate number they give, which is only a voice mail 866 592 2429, indicating they are out to lunch no matter what time your call; which shows up on my charge along with another number 269 131 5591.  When I diled the latter number it doesn't even ring.  His address on his webpage: zackchildress.com shows an address 190 Lime Quarry Rd, #203, Madison, Alabama 35758 and an email address support@arespublishinginc.com.  At zoominfo.com/people/zack/childress the following names are listed: REI success Acadamy; Wilson Bank & Trust; AutosSoft Development Inc.; TUSKAN in New South Wales; Zack Childress, Madison, Alabama; AWSR; Cutler Bay, Florida; College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina; Compuware Corporation, Detroit, Michigan, etc.

I finally gave up on Zack Childress research, he is all over the place, but most of his phone numbers and addresses are either bogus or have been closed.  Of course I disputed my charges with my credit card, and also printed the web page after the purchase indicating 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked.

As you can see why I becamse horrified and concered for my refund I had to dispute.  Nothing they say is true.  BE WARE in buying Zack Childress' programs.  There is no direct communiation; thus, he is totally ilusive and so are his addresses and business names.
