REI Secrets Stacy Kellams Unethical Business Practices Austin Texas

I purchased an online program from a company named Netcentric Publishing, Inc., also known as REI Secrets owned by a party named Stacy Kellams.

On February 7, 2017 I purchased a program named Forced Appreciation Profits for $495. Upon receipt of the online material the next day I decided that I did not want the program so I sent an e-mail to them notifying them of my cancellation and request of remittance of my $495. (there was a 30 Day Cancellation guarantee by the company)

I have since sent 38 e-mails to them demanding the returm of my $495. In addition several times I called their only number 800-512-9180, without any response from them or a return call.

Then I filed a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection (800-621-0508), and am waiting a return call from one of their investigators: Mrs. Bernel.

I have further noticed that there are several individuals who have been scammed by this company. I certainly hope someone from the Attorney General's office can help all these individuals.
