REI Sucess Academy Fraudelent Charges Huntsville Alabama

Signed up for trial period and cancelled by phone within the 14 day period.  Did not realize that they continued to charge me for almost a year-$97 month.  When realized, I immediately contacted them to cancel and they claimed no record of my phone cancellation since it was some time ago.  Sent request to refund amount paid as I never used their services and charges were fraudulent.  They responded with 60 days refund and when called credit card company, they also stated could only go back 60 days.  Meeting with credit card company to look at full refund but be aware of this company as they are fraudelent and watch charges carefully.  Hopefully, REI will make it right and refund full amount without any further action required.
