Reinman Publications Reinman Books Double shipping & billing of book: "COUNTRY HEART & SOUL" Lehigh Valley , Pennsylvania

I ordered a book "Country Heart & Soul" from Reinman Publications which I received on July 6th 2012
I mailed a full payment of $30.95 on the same day !
Today I received a 2nd copy of the same book with another bill of $30.95 which I did not order...when I called to company this afternoon I was informed that I still owed $6.24 for the first book..They continued to give me the run around concerning a return label...told me to get it off the internet..each time I tried I got notice that "page" not available...I then called them back & spoke to a supervisor which gave me the same "unusable" inf. After the 3rd call I spoke with a young lady who was able to at least help me with this problem.

By this time I was to the point that I'm canceling all of my services with this company....I also have magazine subscriptions with the magazine section...Country Magazine which expires in 2016, Country Extra which expires in 2015..I have canceled everything, magazines & any book service because of the run around I received today..This young lady told me that she has canceled, per my request, the magazines & that I should receive a refund total of $54.31 for the two magazines..she's also mailing me a return label for this 2nd book..which I didn't order.

Over the years I have truly loved my magazines but no longer want anything to do with this company because of the rude treatment I received today.

i looked at the Rip Off reports & saw that I'm not the only person who has had problems in the past by Reinman Publications in Lehigh Valley PA
