I did think it was an original product. So I was going to check in on it. So I did. I picked only the skin cream. Then I noticed people on their adversement didnt seem right. There was no contact information, no phone number, no correct internet access, no ability to cancel the orderThey had gained my information. They used a method of questions making it seem as only collecting information, they asked if I wanted a second product. I said I didnt. The information cllection was done in a rather devious manner. By the time I had realized what had happened, and realized there was no cancellation method or contact information, they had ordered both and charged me excessive shipping costs. I had to call my bank and cancel all my bank informationas they said there had been several issues with numerous customers with adding charges even for items I didn't order. My bank had to give me their contact information. I called them and they were very surprised to hear from me. They argued with me about cancelling the order. Who, why, when, where. Why was I wanting to do this and and and on. The customer service got more and more frustrated with me. Even more so when I said I had called the Bank, Attorney General for Idaho and the BBB. She said she had refunded both charges, and hung up on me. The also made each purchase a seperate purchase for dual charges, but they ask you if you want they second item. You can say NO all you want, they are a dual purchase even tho they don't tell you. No single company information is on their syetem
