Like other people I've now discovered, I was taken in by a very tempting offer for free anti wrinkle and anti aging creams advertised on Facebook. It was rejuvaderma. The add read that you can get a free trial bottle, and only pay the typical $4.95 shipping. I received the cream, and then days later, I found out they lied. I might have never noticed if it weren't for the fact that my bank card suddenly stopped working. This wasn't right, obviously, so I went to the bank office to find out why my bank card had shut down.
Apparently, the teller let me know that some charge of $87 and change was suspect even to the bank. I had to tell the teller that I did place the order, because technically, I did. I just didn't realize that I would be charged later for it! I sure hope they don't continue to charge me bogus charges for this. Now, I can no longer find the web address, or a customer service # for them. All I have is the address of the distributor that appears on the product.

Rejuvaderma ripoff deception SCAM
AUTHOR: - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Monday, April 18, 2016
I was as a victim of the "Rejuvaderma" ripoff. Not to be mistaken for Rejuvaderm........which is what I did. The offer was for free samples for the cost of shipping with a single check mark online, followed by giving my credit information to pay for shipping.
I NEVER saw any terms or conditions. I received my free samples and saw the shipping charge on my credit card statement and all was well. I used my samples but wasn't satisfied with the results, but for the shipping cost I wasn't too concerned. Then came a second shipment.... which I did not order. I called the company's phone number on my credit card statement next to the charge to find out what was going on. I explained that I had only requested a sample and nothing more. They said there were terms I had agreed to that said if I had not notified them in 2 weeks I would be billed in full for both products and sent continuing shipments!!! The initial charges for shipping were $4.95 and $5.97 for two different products, anti-aging cream and instant wrinkle cream. The additional charges were $79.95 and $82.95 because I had not contacted them within 14 days. I had no knowledge of this and there was nothing in the shipment telling me of this either. The contact phone number for the company is only on my credit card statement next to the charges.
The representative I spoke with at Rejuvderma was rude and demanding and when I explained I didn't agree to any terms she said I was being charged and there was nothing I could do about it because I had not called. I said I wanted all future shipments cancelled, that I was not satisfied with the prodtuct, and wanted to return the second shipment for which I was charged $88.94 and $88.97. They agreed to allow that, at my cost for return shipping, but they didn't agree to credit my account for anything. I was very upset to realize I was going to have to pay the first additional charges, with no chance of credit and couldn't return them. So my free samples actually cost me a total of $173.82!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortunately my credit card company was helpful and filed a dispute/complaint and I returned the second shipment. I have received confirmation that my account will be credited for that second shipment.
