I called when I noticed I was charged twice for 4.95 and asked for a refund and they were glad to do it but I never received my refund. I called when I noticed a charge of 88.95 to my account and spoke with David Thomas to which his English was very broken and I could barely understand him, I asked for another refund and he told me he could it but it would 10-14 days and that I would receive an email and a call from a supervisor in 24-48 hours, I asked him why a supervisor would call me to discuss this matter and that the refund should be granted and done on the computer immediately? I also told him that I've never heard such a thing. after minutes of going back and forth I finally asked to speak to someone in charge and he said there was no supervisor or manager there. I asked for his supervisors name and he told me it was Josh Fernandez, I also asked where they were located and he told me savanah georgia I then asked for an address and he told me that he couldn't give me that information I asked why and he said he couldn't give the corporations address out, sounds phony and like a scam to me. people should be warned and asked to NOT buy these products. What is going to happen now and can this kind of thing be stopped?

I ordered rejuvalux skin cream and was charged 4.95 twice. I asked for a refund, which I have not recieved. A week later I was charged another 88.95, which I did not authorize, and asked for another refund. I called and in speaking with a gentlemen who claimed to be David Thomas, his English was broken and I could barely understand him. I asked why I was being charged for an additional 88.95 and he said that it was a subscription. I said I never saw anything about a subscription in the terms of this aggreement . He told me my refund would take 10-14 business days and that I would receive an email and a phone call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours. I've never heard such a thing, I asked for an address and he couldn't and wouldn't provide me with one I asked for his supervisors name and said it was Josh Fernamdez. I asked to speak with someone in charge and he said there was no one there. I don't believe them and believe that this is a scam and people are being ripped off.
